Returns Eligibility

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order. Products must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Opened perfumes, fragrance oils, sale items, gift cards, or products damaged after delivery are non-returnable unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photographs or video evidence and your order number.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection and approval of returned products.
